Ingredients

12 Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Lasagna Noodles
    4 c. Hunt's Tomato Sauce (about 2 lg. cans)
12 oz. Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
    1 c. skim milk
    3 cloves garlic
    1 T. salt
    1 T. ground black pepper
    1 large egg
    3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    3 c. baby spinach
1 pkg (4 links) Roasted Garlic chicken sausage, sliced thin

Directions

If you want to make this ahead of time, just layer the uncooked noodles into the dish and let it sit overnight.

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, milk, egg, salt pepper and pressed or grated garlic. Mix until it has a smooth consistency.

Put a thin layer of tomato sauce on bottom of 9x13 baking dish followed but a layer of lasagna noodles.

Add another layer of sauce, to keep noodles moist, followed by a thin layer of ricotta cheese mixture.

Layer in spinach, zucchini, sausage, mozzarella and top with another layer of sauce and noodles. Repeat layering to your liking and top the last layer of noodles with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and place in refrigerator overnight if you do not cook the noodles.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350. Bake covered for 45 minutes and take cover off for last 15 minutes.

After cooking, let sit for a few minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
