Ingredients

    2 12 oz jar/can beef gravy
    1 C water
    8 oz uncooked mini lasagna noodles (mafalda)
    1 14 oz can beef broth
    12 oz frozen cooked meatballs
    1/2 C light sour cream

Directions

Makes 6 servings

1. IN large skillet, add gravy, broth, water and meatballs. Mix well.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover, cook 5-10 minutes or until meatballs are thawed and hot
3. Add uncooked noodles; mix well (may need to add a little more water)
4. Cover; cook about 10 minutes or until noodles are tnder and meatballs are heated.
5. Remove from heat
6. Stir in sour cream
7. Serve

NOTE: Cook pasta separately and then add to make quicker
