Introduction

Very easy, very cheap, very good. Very easy, very cheap, very good.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup sunflower seeds, ground in food processor
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 celery stalk, shredded
    1 potato, shredded
    In food processor, add to the above:
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup lemon juice (to taste)
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1 tbsp olive oil
    You might have to add a little water if it is too thick.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325.

Makes about 10 sandwiches
