Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

canned chicken (chunk or shredded will do)
frozen green beans (can sub. fresh or canned)
chopped onions (whatever kind you have on hand)
garlic salt (can sub. fresh minced garlic & salt)
~.75 Tsp extra virgin olive oil (can sub margarine or butter)

Directions

Using any skillet on hand (bigger = easier/faster, though), warm the skillet up with about half the olive oil. Add frozen green beans to the pan stirring occasionally till they are 3/4 cooked. Add chicken, onion, & garlic salt with the rest of the olive oil. Stir to keep from burning/sticking. Cook till green beans are hot but not soggy, onion is clear but still crisp and chicken is warm/hot ..... or till chicken begins to golden. Remove from heat and serve. :-)

Goes great with a roll if you've the extra calories to nibble.

Serves 2 average appetites or one very hungry one.
