    3 cucumbers, sliced thinly
    2/3 cup apple cider vinegar (can also substitute whit wine vinegar)
    2/3 cup water
    3.5 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons fresh dill (option, can also substitute parsley)


1. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers
2. Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and dill together
3. Pour vinegar mixture over cucumbers, chill for at least an hour before serving.
