Introduction
Easy as pie! And yummy too! Easy as pie! And yummy too!Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

1-2c. fillings of your choice (I chose 15oz frozen spinach and 1/2lb bacon)
1c. shredded cheese (I used full fat for calculations-can cut back there!)
2c. milk
1c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, onion, etc)
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 8" square baking dish.
Spread fillings and cheese in bottom of plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into plate.
Bake 35-40 minutes ot until a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
I calculated this as 2 servings...so a 4x8" slice. For smaller eaters or with a salad, it could be made into 4 servings of 4" slices.
