Introduction

This is enough batter to make 12 cups. I am using this for my sons birthday cake which will be 11 by 14 cake pan. I will cut it into 2 by 1.5 peices to serve 45 people. This recipie came from wilton.com I changed the sugar to slenda and used a low cal margarine. Made a small test batch and it came out good. This is enough batter to make 12 cups. Ingredients

    6c Cake flour, sifted
    2 tbs baking powder
    1.5c blue bonnet light margarine
    3c splenda
    2c 1% milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    12 egg whites

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Prepare pans. Sift togather flour and baking powder and set aside. Cream butter and slenda togather and set aside. Beat egg whites until light, fluffy and stiff but not dry and set aside. On a slow speed add flour to butter mixture and alternate with milk beat weel after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Gently fold egg whites into batter and puor into pans. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
