Ingredients

    3 tbls light butter
    3 tbls flour
    1.5 cups lactaid fat free milk
    1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese
    4 medium summer squash
    1/2 onion
    1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions

preheat oven 350
butter 9 by 13 inch baking dish
melt butter, wisk in flour to make a smooth paste
wisk in milk and bring to a boil
reduce heat and mix in cheese
layer squash and onion
cover with cheese sauce
sprinkle with bread crumbs
bake for 60 minutes
