Ingredients

    1 large kiwi fruit, gold (sweeter) or green
    1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt, Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy preferred
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tsps of sugar, brown sugar, or any other sweetener
    2-3 Ice cubes

Directions

1. Peel and purée 1 large kiwi fruit in a blender

2. Sieve to remove the seeds if preferred. Add ¼ cup each low fat yoghurt, low-fat skim milk, 2 teaspoons sugar, and 2 – 3 ice cubes in the blender
