Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup dry whole-grain brown rice
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon honey
    cinnamon

Directions

Cook the rice in water (I usually have a large amount of ready-made rice from my rice cooker), pour out the water and mix the rice with the skim milk. Sweeten with a tablespoon of honey (or another sweetener of your choice). Pour in an ice cream bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Makes one serving.
