Introduction

I like soups with lots of vegetables but no meats that are quick and easy! This just sort of makes itself! I like soups with lots of vegetables but no meats that are quick and easy! This just sort of makes itself!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 Cups cabbage chopped
    2 Cups Chicken stock
    1 Cup chopped onions
    1 Cup chopped carrots
    1 Cup chopped Celery
    1 15 ounce can Pinto Beans with juice
    1 15 ounce can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
    1T minced Garlic
    Salt and White pepper to taste

Directions

Chop all the vegetables and put in a large pot with the chicken broth. Add garlic, and beans then salt and white pepper to taste.
Cook on med high for about 15 minutes then turn down to med low for an additional 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.

Makes 8 1-cup servings
