Ingredients

    1 lb/450 g extra lean ground beef or ground soy
    1 each red and green pepper, chopped
    1-2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
    2 Tsp VE Poco Picante Salsa Mix
    2 -14oz cans of black beans rinsed and drained
    pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain fat

2. Lower heat to medium-low. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
