Introduction

I went to a lady's banquet and a professional caterer made this higher fat salad. It originally had candied pecans in it, but I replaced that with low fat granola. I reinvented it in a lower fat version! This salad can be a complete meal, side, or a wonderful healthy snack! I went to a lady's banquet and a professional caterer made this higher fat salad. Ingredients

    1 bag of romaine lettuce
    4 oz. low fat feta cheese
    1 cup low fat granola (mine was sweetened w/ brown sugar)
    6 tblsp Ken's Fat Free Raspberry Pecan dressing
    3 oz of craisins

Directions

Remove the romaine lettuce and wash. Combine the feta, granola, and raspberry pecan dressing. ENJOY!

Makes about 4 2 cup servings
