Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Steam Potatoes (A day ahead or several hours) and chill
    Chop all other ingredients. Scissors work well to chop fresh parsley. Mix Oil & Lemon juice and sprinkle over salad,and toss.

Directions

Approximately 3 servings, each 3/4 of a cup.
