1/4 cup italian flatleaf parsley (optional)
1/2 cup Feta cheese, cubed or crumbled
    1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb. Ground Turkey (Giada recommended dark meat for flavor)

Directions

In a Bowl:
Whisk eggs lightly in bowl, then add whole milk. Chop parsley and add to mixture. Add Feta cubes or crumbles. Chop sundried tomatoes and add also. Season with salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs and stir mixture. Add turkey to the bowl last, and mix with spoon, but don't overmix! Put in loaf pan that's lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
