Introduction

I like to make this as an alternative to tuna salad using mayonaise. The ranch dressing adds that taste, without much fat. Lemon can be substituted for lime and I also like to add a shake of Old Bay seasoning for a change. I like to make this as an alternative to tuna salad using mayonaise. Ingredients

    1 6 oz. can tuna in water
    2 medium flour tortillas
    2 T Light Ranch dressing
    1 tsp dried parsley
    Juice of one lime
    4 slices tomato

Directions

In small bowl mix lime juice, parsley and dressing. Add drained tuna and mix lightly. Spoon into tortillas, add tomato slices and roll up.

Makes 2 servings.
