Ingredients

    3 cups hashed browns
    .75 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup diced ham
    4 large eggs
    12 ounce can evaporated milk

Directions

Layer potatoes, cheese, and ham. Mix egg and milk pour over layers.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 50- 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Makes 6 servings

Can also be prepared the night before covered and stored in refridgerator for 24 hours.
Cook uncovered as above
