Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken:
    1/3 C Teriyaki Sauce
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Clove Minced Garlic
    20 oz Chicken Breast

    1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a zipper bag.
    2. Turn bag to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    3. Cook Chicken

    Noodle Salad:
    2 Packages Ramen (any flavor)
    1/2 C Peanut Butter
    1/4 C Each Water, Vinegar, Teriyaki Sauce
    1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
    1 Cucumber
    2 Carrots
    2-3 Scallions

    1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add ramen noodles (without season packet). Boil 3 min or until tender. Drain and rinse.
    2. Whisk peanut butter, water, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, and garlic until smooth. Add noodles, cucumber, carrots, and scallions. Toss to mix and coat.
