Ingredients

    4 c. bow tie pasta
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 oz. grape tomatoes
    1 oz. Kalamata olives
    3 Tbsp. black olives, sliced
    1 jar artichoke hearts
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Drain and cool.
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper. Pour over pasta. Add tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts. Toss. Refrigerate until chilled.
