Ingredients

    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Curry powder, 2 tbsp
    5th Season Garlic Salt, .5 tsp
    Tomato Sauce, .5 cup
    Safeway Select Marinara, 1.5 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium sliced
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Green Giant Asparagus Cuts, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Spinach, fresh, 5 oz

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in a large sauce pan with curry powder. Season with salt, garlic salt and black pepper. If you have used extra lean ground beef, do not drain after browning.


2. Add marinara sauce, tomato sauce, and water to the pan. Bring to a light simmer.


3. Add asparagus, onion and mushrooms. Simmer lightly for 10 minutes.


4. Add fresh spinach and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.


5. Serve in a bowl over rice or noodles.
