Introduction

This is the tuna and noodles my Nana made when I was kid, just modified to be a bit healthier and lower in calories. I loved it as a kid and my kids love it today. Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Macaroni or Rotini, 1 box (13.25 oz)
    Low Sodium Tuna, 2 cans (9 oz)
    Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 5 tbsp

Directions

Cook pasta per instructions on box. Drain tuna and add to pasta. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Can be served warm or cold.

For a variation try adding cooked peas or carrots.

Serving size = 1 cup
