Ingredients

    1 c nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 c chopped spinach (frozen/thawed or fresh/cooked),
    well drained and squeeze dried
    1/2 c canned water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/4 c chopped sweet white onion
    Garlic Powder
    Salt
    Ground Black Pepper

Directions

In serving dish, stir together yogurt, spinach, water chestnuts and onion. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings (1/3 c each)
