Ingredients

    1/4 cup wheat flour
    4 tablespoons all purp flour
    .75 teaspoon splenda
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon margarine melted
    1 1/4 cup tablespoons applesauce + 2 tablespoons water
    1 egg
    handfull blueberries

Directions

Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls and mix well. Combine wet and dry and stir with whisk until smooth as possible. Pour small size pancakes into greased or non-stick skillet over medium heat and flip when bubbles pop. Keep checking underside periodically to ensure they don't burn!
