Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
    *Peppers, pasilla, dried or fresh, 1 pepper
    *Cumin powder, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Chicken Broth, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Saute chicken in olive oil on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, then shred/chop into bite sized pieces. Saute onion and peppers on medium heat in olive oil for about 3-5 minutes until they start to become soft. add the all of the ingredients except the tortilla chips and cook on low in a pot for about 20 minutes. garnish with the chips

    You're absolutely right. I changed the ingredients up a bit, so now there's not as much. It is still a pretty salty dish, but I hope that makes it more eatable. Also, you could just leave the chips out all together.
