Ingredients

    1 lb. Premium choice sirloin steak
    3 T chili powder
    2 t brown sugar
    2 t pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t ground oregano
    1/4 t cumin

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a rub. Rub generously over meat and grill to your liking. Makes approximately 5 - 3 oz servings (it assumes you trim the fat after cooking)
