Ingredients

    1 ½ c. all-purpose flour
    1 ½ tsp. Black Pepper
    2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tbs. sugar
    2 tbs. Oil
    ½ c. Water
    1 Egg

Directions

8 servings. Number of crackers depends on how you cut them.

1. Combine flour, black pepper, garlic powder, and sugar.
2. Stir in oil and egg.
3. Stir in enough water to make a stiff dough.
4. Knead, let rest 10 minutes.
5. Roll dough to 1/8-inch thick on a lightly floured surface. pierce with a fork.
6. Cut into shapes.
7. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes They can brown fast, so keep an eye on them.
