I love salsa on most foods, chicken, beef, chips, etc I love salsa on most foods, chicken, beef, chips, etc
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups choped tomatoes, large
    1/2 red onion chopped
    2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    pinch of dried oregano
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix everything together and chill for a few hours. Serve with chicken, beef for tacos or over cooked meat. Also can be served with chips.

    To reduce the sodium content use French's "No Salt" which also boost your Potassium intake. - 7/14/09
