Ingredients

    london broil (trimmed of all excess fat)
    2 cans fat- free cream of mushroom soup
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
    1 can beef broth
    .5 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped muchrooms (can use canned)
    whole wheat pasta of your choice

Directions

add all ingredients, except pasta, to cock-pot and cook on low 8 hours. Meat will break apart while cooking. Cook pasta seperately and serve sauce on top. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.
