Ingredients

    1 can - reduced sodium, 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 can - 98% fat free cream of celery soup
    3oz - French Fried Onions
    19.2 oz - 97% fat free White Ground Turkey
    1 pkg - Tator Tots (793 grams) (defrosted)
    1can - Mexican Flavor Rotel
    180 grams - corn
    1 pkg - spinach (defrosted and drained)
    1/2 cup - water
    Taco Seasoning to taste

Directions

1.) In large skillet, cook meat over medium heat until no longer pink add Rotel and Taco Seasoning to taste, add .
2.) In a large baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer the meat mixture, then the onions.
3.) In a bowl, combine the soups and water, pour over the onions.
4.) Top with tator tots
5.) Bake, uncovered for 60 minutesw.
