    16 oz. uncooked pasta
    1 whole red bell pepper, sliced
    1 whole green bell pepper, slice
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    8 oz.. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic crushed
    1/2 cup percurino romano cheese


Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile saute peppers, basil, mushrooms, and garlic until tender.

When pasta is done, drain and add peppers, basil, mushrooms, and garlic and mix well. Add the romano cheese and mix well. Sprinkle romano cheese on top for garnish.

  • LOVE IT..used Basil from spices, about 2 tsp. Used Gluten free Spiral Noodles...and Parmesan cheese....adjusted recipe nutrients..will certainly have again!! Don't leave out the basil because it's the best part!!! - 1/11/10
