Ingredients

    One pouch StarKist Chunk Light Tuna
    l T Regular Kraft Mayo
    4 T celery cut into very small pieces

Directions

Makes about 4 servings on bread
Open StarKist Tuna pouch (note: because of mercury levels, we don't eat this more than once or twice a month)
Mix in mayo just until moist. You may need more or less to your taste, adjust your food log accordingly
Mix in celery, adjust to taste, crunchier or less crunchy.
I sometimes add chopped walnuts
There is plenty of salt in this so no added salt is necessary
We use with Schwan's Multi Grain Loaf. I use 1/2 loaf for l sandwich. My son uses l loaf and the other 1/2 of mine!

    Well, it's a start, but a little too simple for my taste. I added a little of all the vegetables I had in the crisper. I need the crunch and the colors. - 7/20/11

    Sounds good, I like to add chopped apple too... it makes it stretch and adds just a bit extra. - 10/23/07
