Ingredients



    * Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed cut in half
    * Beef, round steak, 1 lb cut into 16 pieces
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 large pepper cut into 8 pieces
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" ) cut into 8 pieces
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) cut in half
    * Olive Oil, 0.5 cup
    * White Wine, 4 fl oz
    * Salt, to taste
    * Pepper, black, to taste
    * Garlic powder, to taste

Directions

1. Marinate the beef and chicken in olive oil, wine, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water overnight.
3. Skewer the beef, chicken, peppers, and tomato, alternating beef, pepper, chicken, tomato
4. Grill each skewer til done
5. Each skewer is one serving. Delicious with couscous.
