Ingredients

3 oz. Raw Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 cup Raw Sliced Okra
2 tbs Canola Oil
1/2 cup Raw Onions (chopped)
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper (ground)
Directions
Saute okra in cooking oil till tender being careful not to scorch okra. Add onions and cook till wilted, add water salt and pepper and bring to a slow boil for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and continue to cook until shrimp are tender. Total cook time will be about 1 hour. Serve over rice.
