Introduction

Preheat oven to 375' Preheat oven to 375'
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Zuchinni, cooked, 2 lg, sliced
    Egg, fresh, 1 large, beaten

    Whole Wheat Lasagna - 8 noodle, cooked

    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup

    Onion - raw, .5 cup

    Cottage Cheese, 2%, 1 cup

    Cheese, shredded motzarella, 1 cup

    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup

Directions

Cook WW Lasagna noodles

Dip sliced Zuchinni in beaten egg and drench in breadcrumbs.

Cover bottom of 9x12 pan with .5c Tomato sauce.
Layer as follows:

1/2:

Zuchinni
Cottage Cheese
Onion
Mushroom
Noodle
Sauce
Cheese

REPEAT :
Remainder of :

Zuchinni
Cottage Cheese
Onion
Mushroom
Noodle
Sauce
Cheese

Bake 30 min in 375' oven.

Let cool ~5 minutes.
Serve.

    Very Very good! Although, I endulged in the sauce, cottage cheese and mozerella cheese. It just didn't seem enough to cook with. Unless I read everything wrong...lol. But OH so good! - 7/27/09
