    1 lb. ground beef, lean
    2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) oriental ramen noodles
    1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen stir fry vegetables
    2 c. water
    4 to 5 TB. lite soy sauce
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    3 TB thinly sliced green onion


In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in contents of one noodle seasoning pcket; set aside and keep warm. Break the noodles; place in a large saucepan. Add the contents of second seasoning packet, vegetables, water, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6 - 10 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender. Stir in beef and onions. Makes 4 to 6 one and 1/2 cup servings.
