This wrap is good any time of day, and it is so easy to make. You can use other meat if you prefer, I really liked the chicken strips already cooked. I used everything in less than five minutes. Ingredients

    One whole wheat tortilla 6- 10 inches in diameter
    2 tablespoons of Bean dip( Fritos)
    3 oz of grilled chicen strips
    2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
    few leavs of lettuce

Directions

Take a tortilla and lay flat on plate.

Spread beans on with spoon

Spread grilled chicken evenly over beans

Addsour cream and spread evenly

top with lettuce and wrap up like a burrito
and enjoy!!
