Ingredients

    Protein powder - 3 scoops
    Quaker oatmeal chocolate chip muffin mix 3 cups
    1.5 cups water
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup flax meal

    Pour into muffin cups, makes 16 servings. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
