This is a great apatizer and a grate snack This is a great apatizer and a grate snack
Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    28 Dates
    1 8oz pack of Bacon
    Goat Cheese if you like
    Toothpicks

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350
Cut bacon slices in half
pit dates
---you can stuff the dates with goat cheese for added protien
wrap each date in bacon (use toothpick when necessary)
Place on a backing sheet (one with sides to keep the grease from spilling)
Bake for 15-20 min. at 350

    This is one of our go-to appetizers for parties. I skip the cheese usually, but you can also use a little reggiano or blue cheese depending on taste. If you make adjustments, you'll up the calories that are in this recipe. - 4/16/10
