Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 box Near East Taboule Mix Wheat Salad (5.25 oz)
    1 large tomato (chopped)
    1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
    2 Tbs lemon juice
    1 C (4 oz) crumbled fet cheese
    3/4 C peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber
    1/4 C chopped fresh basil

Directions

1. In large bowl, combine mix and contents of included spice sack. Stir in 1 C boiling water. Cover; let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour or overnight.

    I added minced onions and garlic and it has lasted a little over a week! best recipe EVER. I am glad someone else has the passion for taboule. this stuff is amazing with some reduced fat, low sodium Breton crackers (at wal mart)...Enjoy!!! - 1/15/12
