Ingredients

5 egg whites
6 packets Splenda
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 T. Cocoa powder
Directions
*Recipe makes 5 servings
*1 serving is 8 tablespoon-size meringues
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Put egg whites in a VERY clean electric mixing bowl.
Whip egg whites and Splenda on HIGH for 3 minutes, or until whites are stiff peaks. Fold in the Cocoa powder and vanilla extract lightly, until mixed.
Place by Tablespoon-fulls onto parchment paper, on a cookie sheet. Place in 325 degree oven for 13-15 minutes. Turn the oven off, but leave them INSIDE for at least 20 minutes, to finish drying out.
Take out of oven and gobble up....
in moderation of course :)
They are delicious with a dab of light cool whip!! YUMMM!!!!
