Ingredients

    3 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup olive oil
    4 eggs
    3 cups whole milk

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients. Add liquids. Stir until just mixed. Pour batter onto waffle maker and cook until done. Makes about 18 waffles.
