Ingredients

    1/2 cup couscous
    6 oz peas, run under hot water to thaw
    1 tb butter
    1 tsp thyme
    3/4 cup stock

Directions

Combine stock, thyme, butter and bring to a boil. Add couscous and peas, cover, and let sit 5 min.

    Easy recipe. I made this without peas. Added warm canned mushrooms after fluffing couscous. The thyme gives it a nice flavor. - 1/12/10
