This was an accidental recipe that my family keeps begging for week after week!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1-lb pkg 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
    1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
    2 cups fresh spinach, chopped coarsely (reserve 16 leaves for burger topping)
    4 Arnold Multigrain Sandwich Thins
    1 TBSP Kraft Light Mayonnaise
    4 1/2" thick tomato slices
    Optional: Slice of red onion, chopped black olives

Directions

Preheat grill to a 'medium' temperature.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese, and spinach.

Mix until all ingredients are well blended.

Separate mixture into 4 equal parts, mold into burger shapes.

Place burgers on grill, approx 10 minutes each side, or until cooked thoroughly.

Place burger on sandwich thin, add mayo, tomato slice, spinach. Optional...top with chopped black olives, red onion.

Enjoy!

    Very Good
    I liked this and will make again.. kept away the turkey taste that hubby is not fond of. Added Mrs. Dash table blend, might try fresh herbs next time. - 5/11/11
