Ingredients

    Carnation Instant Breakfast Milk Chocolate Power (1 packet)
    1% Milk (1 cup)
    Bananas (2)
    Strawberries (4)
    Blueberries (1/8 Cup)
    Spinach (5 leaves)
    Ground Flax (1 tbs)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with a blender (i use a stick blender). If using all fresh fruit, put finished smoothie into freezer for a few minutes to chill and thicken. I use frozen bananas, which give me a good temperature and consistency without putting in the freezer.
