Introduction
These are pretty easy too make and super delicious! These are pretty easy too make and super delicious!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
1/2 bag (about 2 cups) frozen mixed berries
1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 Tbls flour
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 package of pillsbury ready to bake sugar cookie dough.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray or use silicone cupcake holders. I used the muffin holders.
Take one and a half of the pre-seperated cookie doughs and press into the muffin pan and spread up the sides as evenly as possible (they may not be super pretty, but they are still amazing!).
Place in preheated oven and cook for about 10 minutes. Don't cook completely, maybe the edges will be a light brown.
In the meantime, toss berries with sugar, vanilla and flour until coated.
When shells are done add berries and go ahead and press the first few in, since the dough will be a bit puffy.
Place berry tarts in oven and cook for about 20 minutes more. The berry filling may not bubble. Probably because the liquid has soaked into the cookie (yum!).
This is a recipe just for 6. So if you are having a party, you may want to double or quadruple it!
Have fun!
