hi, it was good- rustic and easy. I used 3 large peaches in a small casserole dish. I think it would be even better with a 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger added. - 8/16/09

This recipe was easy enough for the kids to make their own deserts from the peaches they had just picked.
This was really yummy and quick. I added a scoop of ice-cream on top and the kids loved it! They also thought it was neat that they had their "own" deserts.
