Ingredients

    Gram flour, 1 cup
    Onions, 1 large finely chopped
    Raw Potato, 200 gram(s) finely diced
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup washed and roughly chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp garam masala
    Pinch of chilli powder, according to taste
    Coriander seed, 2 tbsp, lightly crushed
    Cumin seed, 1.5 tbsp
    Oil for frying, 20g approx will be used in the process and been counted in the calories.

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Give it all a good stir.

Slowly add water until a firm paste has been made.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil and fry until lightly browned. Drain on kitchen paper and serve!
