A quick and easy sandwich for any time of day, best served warm with a side salad or potato salad and chips, and a tall glass of lemonade or iced tea. Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken seasoned with salt and pepper
    1/4 cup any flavor barbeque sauce
    2 slices american cheese
    2 hamburger rolls
    tomato and onion slices if desired (2 for each sandwich)

Directions

Mix the chicken and barbeque sauce in a small bowl. Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes, until heated through. Divide evenly among the 2 rolls. Top each with a slice of cheese and the tomato and onion slices if desired. Top with other halves of rolls and serve. Makes 2 servings.
