Introduction

Ingredients

8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 (16.5 oz) can of pinto beans
1/2 cup frozen yellow corn
1/2 package Tex-Mex Chili Seasoning (McCormick's)
1/4 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup diced onions
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup (roughly half of an 8 oz can) tomato sauce
1/2 cup low fat cheese
Directions
Mix thawed chicken and all ingredients except cheese in crockpot. Stir well. Cook for 3-4 hours. Cut up chicken and add cheese. Cook about a half hour longer.
