Ingredients

One large (9 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and cubed
3 cups uncooked whole wheat pasta
1 can mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp. fat free ranch dressing
2 tsp. sodium free seasoning (eg. Mrs Dash Original)
Directions
Cook chicken breast (braize or bake), cool, cut into cubes and set aside.
Cook pasta according to directions, drain.
Heat mixed vegetables, drain.
Mix cubed chicken, pasta, and mixed vegetables with fat free ranch dressing and Sodium free seasoning.
Serve.
Makes 3 1-1/2 cup servings.
